Question: Will Pro Music ship to international locations?
Answer: No, Pro Music will only ship to United States locations.
Question: Will Pro Music ship to an APO address?
Answer: Yes, Pro Music will ship to an APO address, however, Google Checkout or PayPal must be used when shipping to an APO. Also the item must be able to be shipped via USPS (70 lbs. maximum and no larger than 108 inches length plus girth).
Question: Are all items on the website in stock?
Answer: No, however, almost every item should be available. Occasionally an item sells out, and it takes time before the website is updated. We strive to keep all items in stock at all times. If it is a time sensitive purchase, please call (800) 478-1994 for the realtime availability of a product.
Question: Are any other items available from Pro Music besides what is on the website?
Answer: Yes, Pro Music has many items in stock that are not on our website. Please call (800) 478-1994 for information about products you can’t find on ProMusicAlaska.com.

Answer: We can see temperatures around -50ºF in the winter.
Question: How quickly will my order ship?
Answer: If possible we will try to ship your order the same day it is placed. Most orders placed during a week day will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on the weekend, usually ship on Monday.
